Ben has led global loyalty and rewards technology initiatives for over two decades. In the 2000s, he drove the worldwide distribution of American Express's rewards application and software. He later served as Head of Consumer Products at Loylogic and as Managing Director, Americas, at Loyalty Prime—a leading SaaS loyalty points engine.
Ben has overseen comprehensive loyalty tech audits, end-to-end platform installations, and complex system integrations. His expertise spans defining product strategies, optimizing engagement capabilities, and delivering scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

Himanshu is a seasoned Head of Infrastructure and Security with 12 years of progressive leadership in architecting and securing enterprise IT environments. As a certified Cloud Architect, he brings deep expertise in multi-cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
With a strong track record at NEC and other global enterprises, Himanshu has built scalable network and security infrastructures, led robust vulnerability management programs, and ensured compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Passionate about innovation, he champions automation, zero-trust architecture, and continuous monitoring to deliver resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
